In the previous part of the story, you and I went through what is wrong (misleading) in time management.

Let’s go from left to right:
1. Targets: these are either projects or repeatable tasks.
- Projects have start and end (result)
- Be sure that you know these. If you even hesitate, ask your boss in written form. For example, in larger corporations, goal-setting is business as usual.

2. Tasks & Projects (boxes):
- These can vary from a 10-minute email response to 1–3-year projects.
- When a task has more cognitive load or complexity, block timeboxes in your calendar.
- You need quiet, deep work time to, e.g. research, read or write report
