Once Upon a Time…
Note-taking is a good habit. I’ve kept a digital journal for over 30 years, though my entries have been inconsistent. I never thought of it as “journaling”; it was more of a venting activity. That was before Windows 3.1, when I used an MS-DOS-based text editor.
The Productivity Trap
In 2024, there are many note-taking and task management apps. It’s great how apps have evolved quickly. Progress is good unless it halts your productivity. Remember, more medicine isn’t a doctor’s advice.
